Please understand that we are a retained executive search firm. As such, our focus is on filling senior executive level management, functional leadership, and key sales and engineering roles that companies have retained or engaged NextGen to fill. We don't work on a contingency basis and many of the career opportunities we are retained to fill are confidential and therefore not published.
We give very few interviews to consider potential executive level candidates to market. We only market the top 14% of the workforce, the "A players" that produce 8 to 10 times more than "B players". If you have demonstrated accomplishments in making significant impacts in the industry you work with in terms of being a leader, we may talk.
